EXECUTIVE COACHING
We can always provide a choice of coaches through our International group of Associates.
We provide a complimentary 45 minute “chemistry session” so the coachee can meet the coach, build rapport and discuss what is needed. There is no obligation to continue, after all the chemistry must be right !
Coaching contracts are usually 6-8 sessions of 90 mins.
The line manager or sponsor of the coaching is involved in setting goals and takes part in interim reviews of progress.
